What you will do

• Gather and document business requirements related to HTA, Access, and Reimbursement processes.
• Translate complex regulatory and planning workflows into clear product features and use cases.
• Conduct impact analysis to identify opportunities for process and data improvements.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to refine solutions.
• Lead workshops, demos, and training sessions for global and regional stakeholders.
• Monitor product usage and adoption to recommend roadmap improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data and workflows.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global environments.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Mural.
• English: Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Location: Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience in Life Sciences, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, or HTA domains.
• Understanding of resource planning systems or enterprise-level platforms.
• Experience supporting global product rollouts.
