What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements with stakeholders across business, IT, and management.
• Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
• Lead and coordinate the full Salesforce implementation lifecycle from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment.
• Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy; support continuous improvement and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
• Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions and familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
• German: Advanced+ required; English: Upper-Intermediate+ required.
