Salary: 200 CZK – 450 CZK per hour

What you will do

• Analyze and prepare data to support business decisions.
• Map, document, and improve operational processes.
• Gather and structure business requirements for automation and IT initiatives.
• Promote and support the adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI tools across the Operations team.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and simplify ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent Czech and advanced English required
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or operations.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous topics.
• Interest in AI tools, particularly Microsoft Copilot.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or Data Analytics preferred.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge
• Python skills
• Understanding of automation and digitalization initiatives
