What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for new product development, integrating automation, hardware, and software.
• Manage evolving requirements and priorities to maintain project momentum and provide structure.
• Align cross-functional contributors across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive execution.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, risk management frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Manage total program costs and resource allocation to facilitate seamless transition to manufacturing.
• Distill complex technical data into actionable insights for executive leadership and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in product development, preferably in semiconductor or high-tech equipment.
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with global teams.
• Mastery of MS Project and MS Excel.
• Must be based in North Reading, MA, US.
