What you will do

• Plan and deliver construction projects from initiation through closeout using various delivery and compensation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, contracting, EHS, quality programs, and change management.
• Ensure project compliance with Construction Management Practices and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate diverse disciplines including mechanical, process, bulk gas, electrical, architectural, and IT/IC systems.
• Partner with Tool Install, Facilities Operations, and Factory teams to achieve project objectives.
• Drive a safety "Culture of Caring" across all business environments and construction sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 4+ years of Project Management/Construction Management in major industrial facilities or large-scale construction projects.
• Experience in at least three of the following: contract management, schedule/budget development, change control, cleanrooms, mechanical/process systems, or semiconductor industry.
• Must be able to work onsite in Phoenix, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
