Salary: $128,470 - $192,710

What you will do

• Lead project planning and execution to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
• Act as Product Owner, managing the Product Backlog and defining priorities for the Scrum team.
• Coordinate project lifecycles from concept and prototype through pilot and implementation stages.
• Develop project schedules and utilize professional management tools for tracking and reporting.
• Serve as the key decision-maker for product features and the overarching product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct project management experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs using tools like Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Dallas, TX.
• Valid US work authorization is required (Visa sponsorship is not available).

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
• Knowledge of Confluence and Power BI.
