Salary: $118,400 – $177,600

What you will do

• Coordinate portfolio governance, operational mechanisms, and review processes for the Neurovascular PMO.
• Partner with stakeholders to consolidate and communicate project status, milestones, risks, and overall portfolio health.
• Maintain portfolio management tools, dashboards, and reporting systems for executive leadership visibility.
• Develop and monitor standardized metrics for resource utilization, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams from concept through execution for new product development and lifecycle management.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation within portfolio management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical field with 4+ years of experience, Master's with 2+ years, or a PhD.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship is not available for this level).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to enhance collaboration and project completion.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a PMO, portfolio management, or project coordination function.
• Background in medical devices or other highly regulated industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and professional project management tools.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and standardized project templates.
