Salary: $91,900 - $156,200 Annually

What you will do
- Coordinate with Software/Hardware engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate serviceability into the Product Life Cycle (PLC).
- Optimize system diagnostics and reliability to reduce Cost-of-Service (CoS) and improve revenue performance.
- Act as a technical conduit between development teams and field service/technical support personnel.
- Analyze data from beta systems and customer concerns to provide detailed action plans for execution.
- Define and optimize spare parts strategies and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct hands-on integration and serviceability validation for Alpha/Beta systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience or a Master's degree.
- Solid understanding of system operation, integration, and calibrations.
- Proficiency in 7-step troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to travel to Beta sites for installations and critical issue support.
- Must be based in or able to work from Phoenix, AZ, Chandler, AZ, or Ann Arbor, MI.
