Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

• Manage heavy calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts for the Chief Lending Officer.
• Act as a primary bridge for communication between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential correspondence, high-level gatekeeping, and complex travel arrangements.
• Assist with departmental budget management, including monitoring accounts and vendor lists.
• Prepare presentation materials and track project performance against short-term and long-term goals.
• Identify areas for process improvement and anticipate upcoming executive needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience supporting a C-level executive.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
