What you will do

• Read and analyze RFP materials to deeply understand customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Teams and SMEs to gather data and synthesize new content for responses.
• Research and write specialized sections for RFx to acquire new business and retain existing clients.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and department standards.
• Maintain and grow internal knowledge of technical concentrations to become a departmental SME.
• Participate in review meetings to present written content and incorporate feedback.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Writing, Journalism, Communications, English, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of experience in proposal writing or a related transferable field.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; immigration sponsorship is not available.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model based in Providence, RI.
