What you will do

• Draft and publish technical trade desk notices and specifications using DITA and CCMS.
• Design structured, topic-based content incorporating reuse, metadata, and strict version control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Business teams to gather technical requirements.
• Integrate AI and automation tools into content workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain operational runbooks, knowledge base articles, and internal process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, English, or a related discipline.
• 0-2 years of experience in technical writing, content engineering, or structured authoring.
• Proficiency with DITA or structured authoring methodologies (CCMS).
• Experience applying AI and automation tools to content workflows.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with XML content validation and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with financial markets, exchange operations, or highly regulated tech environments.
• Prior experience in workflow engineering or operational improvement.
