What you will do

• Own the rolling 6-month refresh cycle for all country pages within Globalpedia to ensure content remains current.
• Research and update hyper-specific data regarding local labor laws, termination policies, statutory benefits, and tax brackets.
• Optimize content for AI-driven search engines (GEO/AIO) using clear schema patterns and NLP-friendly formatting.
• Monitor global employment law changes and execute rapid updates to ensure absolute factual accuracy.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional writing experience managing large-scale knowledge bases, technical documentation, or enterprise content.
• Deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tactics, semantic search, and NLP.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to distinguish between statutory requirements and local market practices.

• Prior experience in Global HR, international employment law, PEO, or EOR industries.
