What you will do

• Oversee on-shift production execution across assigned workcenters to ensure sustained volume output and quality.
• Lead and develop Team Leads, module specialists, and technicians, including performance management and succession planning.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives, sponsoring 4C and A3 projects.
• Ensure full compliance with Safety, Quality, HR/legal, and ISO standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to remove bottlenecks and improve end-to-end operational performance.
• Manage staffing requirements and translate factory mission and objectives into actionable team goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of people management and operational leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of production management, quality systems, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with MS Office, SAP, and ERP software.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations.
• Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment wearing full PPE for the duration of the shift.

Nice to have

• Lean Yellow Belt or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with manufacturing tools and equipment.
