Manufacturing Group Leader

Location: Must be based in Merrimack, NH, US (Onsite)

What you will do

• Assist in resource planning, work order scheduling, and coordinating subordinate personnel.
• Ensure manufacturing teams meet labor and quality standards while adhering to production schedules.
• Resolve operational issues including material shortages, quality concerns, and equipment malfunctions.
• Manage component inventory and coordinate KanBan replenishment activities.
• Execute Oracle transactions for job tracking, material issuance, and scrap reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure all production documentation is accurate and complete.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel).
• General knowledge of cGMPs and standard manufacturing methodologies.
• Ability to work onsite in Merrimack, NH.
