Quality Lead (Manufacturing)

Location: Colton, California, USA; onsite

Salary: $82,602–$110,136 per year, including base salary and annual incentive bonus

What you will do

• Lead quality system management, internal and customer audits, Management of Change activities, and compliance with government directives.
• Design and implement quality practices, QC methods, validation protocols, specifications, and testing processes for product development and new product introductions.
• Identify root causes of quality problems and coordinate corrective actions and process improvements.
• Oversee incoming material inspections, laboratory testing, analytical result reporting, and finished-product release for shipment.
• Manage quality records, certificates of conformity, batch files, retained samples, and documentation in SAP and SharePoint.
• Coordinate quality requirements with suppliers, Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Operations, and Project Managers while responding to customer quality inquiries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred; equivalent experience may substitute for education.
• 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, ISO 9001, and quality assurance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; SAP experience preferred.
• Onsite work in Colton, California, USA is required.
