Account Manager (Waste Services)

What you will do

• Maintain and retain existing commercial and industrial waste-service customers through long-term relationships.
• Renew customer contracts, respond to cancellation requests, and support pricing initiatives.
• Sell the full suite of hirify.global products to increase customer penetration and profitability.
• Use Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings, proposals, customer emails, and account activities.
• Partner with operations to resolve customer service issues.
• Represent the company at trade shows, chamber of commerce events, and other company-sponsored activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Knowledge of waste or transportation industries is preferred.
