Что делать
- Define and execute the European retailer strategy for Sephora, aligning with ’s growth ambitions.
- Lead European negotiations and annual business discussions across key markets including France, Italy, and DACH.
- Own and drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) covering sales, investments, pricing, and visibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, eCommerce, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor performance KPIs such as Gross Sales, Net Revenue, and market share to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead strategic workshops and executive presentations at regional and top management levels.
Требования
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record in Key Account Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales within Prestige Beauty or FMCG.
- Experience managing international or regional accounts with P&L responsibility.
- Fluent French (C2/native) and English (C1+) required.
- Strong knowledge of the European and French selective retail landscape.
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, international organization.
