What you will do

• Supervise, schedule, and mentor a team of commissioning engineers.
• Lead complex commissioning projects for electrical power distribution systems in data centers.
• Develop and execute commissioning plans, pre-functional forms, and integrated systems tests (IST).
• Manage client relationships, project proposals, and business development activities.
• Coordinate design and construction meetings to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide technical presentations and develop training programs for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 1+ year of relevant experience, or equivalent technical training with 2+ years of experience, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with at least one full-cycle commissioning project including design, construction, and post-occupancy phases.
• Strong understanding of building and data center design, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to lead large projects and manage project documentation, specifications, and preventative maintenance plans.
• Excellent communication skills for client interface and technical lecturing.
