What you will do

• Commission AV systems at client sites by optimizing equipment settings and completing project quality checklists.
• Perform programming, configuration loading, testing, and debugging of control systems in coordination with remote programmers.
• Configure AV networks and coordinate integration with client network infrastructure.
• Create and modify DSP files, with a specific focus on AEC optimization for videoconferencing.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by tracing signal flow and resolving complex system bottlenecks.
• Provide technical feedback to install and design teams to improve future product selection and implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Audio-Visual installation and commissioning.
• Required DSP certification from Biamp, QSC, or Shure.
• Familiarity with MTR and Zoom Rooms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ownership of a vehicle for frequent travel (70-90% local, up to 30% remote).
• Physical ability to lift at least 40lbs and climb ladders/stairs.

Nice to have

• AVIXA CTS or CTS-I certifications.
• Extron AV Associate or Certified Control Professional.
• Audinate Dante Level 3 certification.
• Control certifications from QSC, Extron, or Crestron.
• Experience with broadcast or hybrid conference-live event systems.
