What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline engineering and production teams for complex transmission projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across the project lifecycle.
• Conduct research and develop equipment and material recommendations.
• Serve as the responsible charge for projects and establish comprehensive workplans.
• Support business development, proposal activities, and client interface.
• Review and oversee the work of lower-level engineering staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
• Experience managing EPC or design services for overhead transmission lines for investor-owned utilities in the US.
• Strong understanding of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
• Experience with interdisciplinary coordination including permitting, land acquisition, and construction support.
• Knowledge of the proposal process and engineering estimation.
