Salary: $156,299–$261,008

What you will do
- Lead multi-discipline engineering and production teams for complex transmission projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across the project lifecycle.
- Conduct research and develop equipment and material recommendations.
- Serve as the responsible charge for projects and establish comprehensive workplans.
- Support business development, proposal activities, and client interface.
- Review and oversee the work of lower-level engineering staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience.
- Experience managing EPC or design services for overhead transmission lines for investor-owned utilities in the US.
- Strong understanding of PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
- Ability to complete pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
Nice to have
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- Experience with interdisciplinary coordination including permitting, land acquisition, and construction support.
- Knowledge of the proposal process and engineering estimation.
