What you will do

• Define and execute a division-wide sustainment mega-pursuit strategy.
• Drive revenue growth by leading pursuits targeting significant aftermarket and sustainment opportunities.
• Coordinate complex pursuits spanning multiple business units, portfolios, and platforms.
• Manage diverse customer portfolios, including Naval sustainment and international opportunities in Europe and Australia.
• Build trusted relationships with U.S. DoD, international customers, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in defense, aerospace, or government services.
• Substantial experience in sustainment, logistics, or lifecycle support.
• Proven success leading complex capture efforts across multiple customers and business units.
• Strong understanding of DoD sustainment models and contested logistics environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international travel.
