What you will do

• Own the AI product vision, roadmap, and backlog; prioritize by business value, effort, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Frame problems and define value by translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Define business KPIs, success metrics, and business cases for productivity, revenue, and operational efficiency impact.
• Lead AI product delivery across discovery, validation, and deployment; manage dependencies and validate outcomes against agreed measures.
• Drive adoption and business enablement by monitoring usage, value realization, and impact; scale, iterate, or retire solutions based on results.
• Shape the AI ecosystem by promoting reusable solutions and collaborating with IT, Security, and Data Governance on compliance and scalability.

Requirements

• Location: Must be available for remote cooperation within Poland.
• 4+ years in Product Management/Product Ownership.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/GenAI or data-driven products.
• Practical understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience defining KPIs, business cases, and value-tracking models.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above.

Nice to have

• Product or Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Logistics, e-commerce, or supply-chain industry experience.
• Basic Python and SQL knowledge.
• Experience in international, cross-market environments.
