What you will do

• Define the AI product strategy grounded in technical constraints and user needs.
• Collaborate daily with ML, backend, and mobile engineers on iteration and evaluation cycles.
• Make high-stakes decisions regarding latency, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Establish success metrics and feedback loops including online experiments and offline evaluations.
• Ensure AI-driven features are shipped rapidly and safely into production.
• Own the overall product quality, focusing on user experience, system accuracy, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in computer science and system design principles.
• Solid understanding of ML fundamentals and how AI systems function in production.
• Significant experience owning complex, technical products end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based systems, prompt iteration, and model evaluation.
• Proven ability to bridge the gap between engineering complexity and user value.
• Must be based in or able to work from Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Background in engineering or highly technical product management.
• Experience shipping AI-heavy consumer products from zero to one.
• Strong intuition for AI UX patterns and failure handling.
• Experience defining evaluation metrics for ML pipelines.
