What you will do

• Define and implement growth strategies for the Danish and Swedish markets in line with Group targets.
• Build and maintain a long-term customer network, including key industrial partners.
• Identify and mature new business opportunities into planning-relevant campaigns.
• Manage the acquisition process and ensure efficiency in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with government authorities, end users, and the MoD.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards, compliance laws, and group due diligence processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in complex business environments.
• Several years of experience in International Sales/Business Development in the Nordics, preferably Denmark.
• Proven track record in military and security programs.
• Profound understanding of the tendering process in Denmark and Sweden, specifically in the area of defense.
• Excellent existing network in the Danish and Swedish defense industry and the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
