What you will do

• Lead analytics development and insight generation for member experience, quality improvement, retention, and value-based care engagements.
• Translate complex healthcare data into executive presentations, reports, dashboards, strategic recommendations, and client deliverables.
• Facilitate client meetings, workshops, and performance reviews with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Design and support experience transformation initiatives, measurement frameworks, and ROI-focused success metrics.
• Manage engagement workstreams, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration with consultants, product teams, and subject-matter experts.
• Build trusted client relationships and support proposal development, solution design, retention, and account growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a health plan, integrated delivery system, large medical group, healthcare services organization, or related healthcare environment.
• 3+ years of healthcare consulting or client-facing advisory experience.
• Experience with quality improvement, member or patient experience, population health, Medicare Stars, CAHPS, HEDIS, or value-based care programs.
• Strong healthcare data analysis, quantitative problem-solving, presentation, facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms; advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, medical informatics, data analytics, public health, business, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
