What you will do

• Analyze coverage and communicate coverage positions by reviewing policies and submitted documents.
• Conduct and coordinate investigations into loss facts and the extent of damages.
• Handle litigated and non-litigated property damage and bodily injury claims with values up to $250,000.
• Manage smaller product liability and construction defect claims across multiple jurisdictions.
• Represent the company in mediations and set reserves within assigned authority.
• Collaborate on special projects and provide professional customer service to insureds.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Must have or be eligible to receive a claims adjuster license.
• Successful completion of basic insurance courses or industry designations (e.g., INS, IEA, AIC, ARM, SCLA, CPCU).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial construction or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship provided now or in the future).
