What you will do

• Support Senior Client Analysts and Managers in servicing all lines of Business Insurance.
• Process new mail and distribute monthly installment invoices to clients.
• Prepare policies for checking by confirming documentation and coordinating with policy checkers.
• Review endorsements for accuracy and follow up with carriers or wholesalers for completion.
• Handle daily certificate requests, process cancellations, and manage reinstatements.
• Maintain client and policy data, and issue Auto ID cards using Sagitta and ImageRight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or completion within 3 months) or 1-2 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience.
• Valid, unrestricted California Fire & Casualty Solicitors License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
• Willingness to pursue AAI, AINS, or INS designations.
