What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, proactively sourcing passive candidates to build sustainable pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and establish structured interview panels and scorecards.
• Optimize top-of-funnel processes by replacing automated screening tools with quality-driven applicant reviews.
• Own the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure efficient candidate movement and adherence to feedback SLAs.
• Handle offer generation, negotiation, and the seamless transition of new hires to the onboarding team.
• Track and take accountability for key recruiting metrics, including Time-to-Fill, Quality-of-Hire, and Offer Acceptance Rate.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth or startup environments.
• Proven track record in both specialized role searches and high-volume hiring.
• Experience implementing or optimizing an ATS (BambooHR is a significant plus).
• Data-driven mindset with an interest in iterating AI tools within the hiring process.
• Strong business acumen regarding headcount forecasting, budgets, and ROI.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, payor/provider services, or care delivery models.
• Familiarity with contact center or field-based operations.
• Experience working within private equity-backed companies.
