What you will do

• Identify and map high-value professional workflows to Celeste's library of AI agents and playbooks.
• Codify unwritten industry methods and judgements into automated coworkers and semantic layers.
• Drive platform adoption through precise scoping, walkthroughs, and hands-on training for client teams.
• Establish a foundation for durable account expansion to support Client Success and renewals.
• Collaborate with Industry Architects and Product leaders to refine Celeste's roadmaps and strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in legal, accounting, consulting, investment banking, private capital, or real assets.
• Deep understanding of firm business operations, including origination, pricing, staffing, and billing.
• Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers and C-suite executives.
• Technical fluency in generative AI, prompting, and AI agents (coding is not required).
• Proven record of owning client relationships or experience in business development/secondment.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
