Salary: $230,000 - $328,500

What you will do

• Drive blueprint-led redesign of workflows across non-engineering functions (Finance, Legal, Marketing, etc.).
• Coach AI Champions through the configuration, integration, evaluation, and rollout of AI agents.
• Enforce blueprint standards to ensure consistency and prevent fragmentation of the enterprise architecture.
• Instrument pre- and post-state baselines to validate behavioral adoption and value capture.
• Identify platform gaps and feed signals back to the Enterprise Solution Architect and engineering teams.
• Partner with HR to evolve role expectations, hiring criteria, and learning pathways in alignment with AI workflows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience designing, building, or operating production AI/ML systems or enterprise workflow platforms.
• 3+ years of experience driving change within other organizations or transformation functions.
• Proven track record of taking AI-powered workflows from prototype to production at enterprise scale.
• Experience influencing and aligning VP-level stakeholders on workflow strategy and investment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Background in HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, or Customer Success technology.
• Experience implementing responsible AI frameworks or AI governance programs.
• Prior experience as a forward-deployed engineer or AI solutions architect.
