What you will do

• Define and drive the strategic vision for the data integration platform across all major hirify.global product lines.
• Scout, evaluate, and onboard new data providers to expand the ecosystem and drive revenue.
• Partner with external providers to design and build secure, enterprise-grade integrations.
• Own integration quality end-to-end, proactively resolving issues before they impact customers.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to improve automation and developer experience.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership on platform strategy through compelling narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, specifically with platform or infrastructure products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data standards, and platform design principles.
• Proven track record of shipping integrations at scale across multiple teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage external partnerships with fintech and data providers.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills with experience influencing senior leadership.
