What you will do

• Direct regional SDR and BDR managers and teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.
• Maintain and grow a multi-million dollar sales pipeline.
• Manage the sales development organization as a sales academy to develop high-integrity sales professionals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop SDR Team Managers.
• Align cross-functionally with Regional Sales VPs, Marketing, and Field Engineering.
• Leverage modern sales tech stacks and CRM analytics for predictable pipeline forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Business or STEM with excellent academic results.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
• Experience leading leaders (recruiting and mentoring SDR Team Managers).
• Expertise in using data and CRM analytics to drive team activities and forecasting.
• Experience driving accountability and culture across asynchronous, remote-first global teams.
• Multi-regional strategic vision tailored to AMER, EMEA, and APAC market dynamics.
