Product Manager (Facade Segment)

Location: Hybrid role based in Belgium, Poland (Poznan area), Germany, Lithuania, or Denmark; regular travel across the region is required (50%).

• Manage product development from conception through market introduction and phase-out.

• Contribute to international strategic planning and market growth.

Requirements

• International product management experience in the B2B construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and project management capabilities.
• Experience building business cases and monitoring key financial metrics.
• Solid technical knowledge with a proactive approach to innovation and problem-solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English and flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis.
