What you will do

• Define product strategy and roadmap for growth automation in Rides and Delivery verticals, aligning with business objectives.
• Identify automation opportunities by analyzing campaign workflows, internal user needs, and product data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, data science, and design to drive development from concept to launch.
• Build and scale incentive systems, including shipping 0→1 products and evolving existing programs.
• Track and leverage key product metrics to measure performance and guide rapid iteration.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for growth automation and campaign tooling, presenting insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Strong product management expertise in marketplace, mobility, platform, or incentives domains.
• Proven track record of launching 0→1 initiatives and delivering measurable business impact in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical skills for building business cases and interpreting experiment results.
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder needs and make sound decisions in ambiguous, data-informed environments.
• Effective communication skills for aligning cross-functional teams and senior leadership around a shared vision.
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate execution and improve product quality is a baseline expectation.
