What you will do

• Design scalable, end-to-end product solutions balancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Translate complex business requirements into structured product architectures for engineering teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between operations, product, and engineering stakeholders.
• Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities for workflow orchestration and intelligent decision-making.
• Validate products through data-driven insights, experimentation, and rapid prototyping.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a comparable leadership role.
• Fluent English and at least B2 level of German.
• Proven track record in designing complex end-to-end systems and scalable digital products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear architectures.
• Ability to travel regularly to Cologne and Sevenum (approx. once per month).
• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
