What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical integration design and execution from scoping through production deployment.
• Lead technical discovery and proof-of-concept work during pre-sales cycles to validate feasibility.
• Design system architectures that bridge customer IT environments with the platform.
• Work hands-on with AI/ML-enabled healthcare features ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
• Produce high-quality technical artifacts including integration designs, API guides, and runbooks.
• Build reusable integration patterns and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong backend/systems focus.
• Must have healthcare industry experience, particularly on the payer side.
• Deep expertise in data architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise middleware.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud platforms and modern backend languages.
• Strong API integration and authentication experience including OAuth2, SAML, and JWT.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with payer-side technology like claims processing or utilization management.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR, X12, or HL7v2.
• Experience with AI/ML integration and LLM deployment.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
• Experience working in regulated environments like HIPAA or HITRUST.
