Software Engineer III (AI)

Location: New York City office; in-office work required three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Salary: $194,000–$220,000 target annual salary, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
• Develop and improve systems that analyze billions of medical records and rank healthcare providers.
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
• Apply data security and privacy best practices to protect users.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience, especially with distributed event-driven architectures.
• Generalist engineering mindset with the ability to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
• Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Willingness to work from the New York City office three days per week.
• Must not require employment visa sponsorship; sponsorship is unavailable.
