Software Engineer II (AI)

Location: New York City office; hybrid schedule with in-office work required on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $162,000–$190,000 annually, plus equity incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Use AI to build, optimize, and maintain software systems.
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand the healthcare domain and iterate on projects.
• Protect user privacy and security through software engineering best practices.
• Work with systems that analyze billions of medical records and rank healthcare providers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Generalist software engineering mindset and willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and techniques.
• Familiarity with data security and HIPAA compliance.
• Willingness to work from the New York City office three days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
