What you will do

• Review client account structures and required documentation to establish new accounts.
• Perform due diligence and client screening to support AML and KYC regulatory requirements.
• Partner with PWM Advisors to ensure client documentation is complete and delivered timely.
• Request and establish financial products and services such as options, margin, and cash products.
• Research and resolve onboarding issues in partnership with Compliance, Legal, and AML teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve account-opening workflows and maintain data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and web-based applications.
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Salt Lake City, UT

Nice to have

• 1+ year of financial services experience in AML, Compliance, or Regulatory Operations.
• Series 7, 9, 10, or 4 licenses.
• Foreign language skills.
• Knowledge of Private Wealth Management operations.
