What you will do

• Support issue identification, analysis, remediation, and monitoring across the business.
• Analyze potential business risks, process deficiencies, and gaps in risk management standards.
• Develop process and control inventories and maps for asset, wealth, and consumer businesses.
• Perform root cause analysis to identify thematic trends related to business issues.
• Create data-driven executive reporting with precise content and structure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational inconsistencies and enhance control testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial services with operational risk, audit, or risk management exposure.
• Strong analytical and research skills to execute projects from inception through completion.
• Expert level proficiency in the Microsoft tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
