What you will do

• Serve as a primary contact for delivering investment reporting solutions, building trust with PWA teams, clients, and third-party partners.
• Partner with PWM teams to manage the client lifecycle, including marketing, demos, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
• Act as a subject matter expert for investment reporting, serving as the main contact for PWA teams and clients.
• Collaborate with Product Management on new product launches, ensuring flawless execution.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure stakeholders are educated to maximize the service's value.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve product offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant industry experience in a client facing role (Family office, wealth management, or other experience working with high-net-worth families, is preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees to exceed clients’ expectations.
• Understanding of financial and performance reporting within wealth management
• Excellent writing and communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & Series 63 exams (must be obtained within first 3 months of employment)
