Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Deliver investment reporting solutions and serve as a day-to-day contact for private wealth advisor teams, clients, and third-party partners.
• Manage the client lifecycle across marketing, demonstrations, needs evaluation, onboarding, service delivery, and troubleshooting.
• Become the subject matter expert for sophisticated investment reporting and advise clients on suitable reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Management on product launches and identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve client experience.
• Track and resolve client requests and feedback while supporting continuous product improvement and minimizing churn.
• Develop tailored solutions for complex client challenges and build trusted relationships with advisors and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant industry experience in a client-facing role, preferably in family office services, wealth management, or work with high-net-worth families.
• Understanding of financial and performance reporting within wealth management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
• Ability to collaborate across employee levels, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7, and Series 63 exams must be obtained within the first three months of employment.
