What you will do

• Monitor and manage daily operational workflows for U.S. and early APAC trading activities.
• Coordinate with prime brokers and counterparties to resolve trade rejects, mismatches, and missing files.
• Perform OMS and position reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve operational breaks and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with trading, portfolio management, and technology teams on daily operations.
• Assist with operational process improvements and ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to support early APAC operational coverage when needed.

Nice to have

• Basic familiarity with SQL.
• Basic familiarity with Python.
