What you will do

• Oversee back-office and banking operations, including CIP, OFAC, account reconciliations, and transaction processing.
• Handle claim resolutions for Consumer Directed Healthcare and Health Savings Account inquiries.
• Manage priority client tickets and respond to work requests within defined SLAs to meet daily productivity goals.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve financial risks.
• Monitor and report on operational trends to proactively address potential processing issues.
• Collaborate on special projects to support business objectives and operational improvements.

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in financial services, financial operations, or related fields.
• High school diploma.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Maitland, FL office (25% hybrid).
• Ability to manage banking operations and ensure high accuracy in financial transactions.
