What you will do

  • Define the technology architecture and strategy for recruiting, HR operations, and workforce management.
  • Design and implement scalable systems to support employee lifecycles and recruiting workflows.
  • Manage data quality, governance, and security across all People systems.
  • Partner with engineering teams to integrate HR technology platforms and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align systems strategy with workforce planning and company growth.
  • Prioritize and drive the system roadmap to ensure efficient operations as the team scales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with HR, recruiting, or internal operational systems.
  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Fluent technical knowledge of APIs, data models, system architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Demonstrated experience building or scaling systems within a growing organization.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve complex problems independently.
  • Must be available for work in Palo Alto, CA.
