What you will do
- Define the long-term systems architecture for recruiting, HR operations, and workforce analytics.
- Design, implement, and manage HR technology platforms and internal tooling infrastructure.
- Build reliable integrations across recruiting systems, HRIS, payroll, and internal data platforms.
- Establish the systems roadmap to increase operational efficiency and data visibility.
- Ensure data governance, security, and privacy across all people-related systems.
- Partner with leadership to align system capabilities with workforce planning and hiring velocity.
Requirements
- Strong professional experience with HRIS, recruiting platforms, or internal operational systems.
- Technical background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Ability to communicate fluently with engineers regarding APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
- Deep understanding of systems architecture and data pipeline design.
- Hands-on experience scaling systems within a fast-growing, high-talent-density organization.
- Must be able to work on-site in Palo Alto, California.
