What you will do

• Provide day-to-day security for Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and Special Access Program (SAP) construction.
• Identify threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks, and provide recommendations for policy improvements.
• Manage uniformed escort personnel, including training, briefing, and ensuring timely incident reporting.
• Conduct inspections of construction materials and continuously monitor/photograph the build process for accreditation packets.
• Draft security incident reports and brief government and military senior leaders.
• Lead, mentor, and provide oversight to team members while enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to sit for a CI polygraph.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• SAP experience required.
• Completion of DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training.
• Obtain OSHA 10 Construction Safety, Fall Protection, and Confined Space certifications within 30 days of hire.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ICD 705 (SCIF compliance).
• Bachelor’s or Associate's degree.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) or Special Program Security Certification (SPSC).
