What you will do

• Coordinate daily and next-day scheduling and team assignments to align with operational goals.
• Lead daily standup meetings to communicate priorities, metrics, and task expectations.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee tools, asset handling, and repair processes to ensure proper technical resolution.
• Audit internal tasks and monitor pending diagnostics to ensure operational compliance.
• Track progress against SLAs and escalate risks to timelines or quality as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience with direct supervisory responsibilities.
• 3+ years in project management, including planning and execution.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, or Google Suite.
• Unrestricted right to work in the United States (Natural citizen or Green Card holder).

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite or Salesforce.
