Salary: $97,800 – $132,300

What you will do

• Reinforce installation standards for integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
• Act as the primary escalation point for field issues to ensure timely resolution and project progress.
• Lead QA/QC activities, including monthly reporting, issue tracking, and compliance follow-ups.
• Provide onsite support for systems integration and verify site readiness and commissioning.
• Mentor and coach field engineers and subcontractors to improve delivery outcomes.
• Oversee site safety, quality control, and ISO-related activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years of experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to the Dallas, TX region.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Ability to climb ladders, work from elevated platforms, and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and using MS Office tools.
