What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients during installation activities.
• Lead and coordinate installation across multiple projects, teams, and subcontractors.
• Oversee the delivery of integrated access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
• Interpret drawings, BOMs, and system designs to ensure accurate system delivery.
• Manage project schedules and labor tracking while escalating risks to project managers.
• Support installation, testing, and troubleshooting of IP-based systems while mentoring technicians.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with electronic security systems installation and project support.
• Proficiency with project documentation including Teams, Outlook, BlueBeam, and Programming Matrices.
• Experience with systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
• Ability to troubleshoot IP camera connections and make PC-level admin changes.
• Knowledge of mechanical retrofitting for electric locking hardware and peripheral devices.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean criminal record, and the ability to hold security clearance.
