What you will do

• Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients and coordinate with Project Managers and Design Engineering teams.
• Lead and mentor multiple installation superintendents and technicians on large-scale, complex projects.
• Manage project schedules, track hours for internal crews and subcontractors, and ensure delivery within the given timeframe.
• Review Bill of Materials (BOM) and maintain up-to-date site inventory and project documentation using OneNote.
• Perform and oversee the installation of rack build-outs, panel terminations, and device testing/troubleshooting.
• Oversee onsite safety protocols, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cedar Rapids, IA, USA.
• 3+ years of related experience in electronic security installation with administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency with access control and CCTV systems such as Genetec, Avigilon, Lenel, AMAG, S2, Honeywell, Software House, Bosch, or DMP.
• Valid driver's license and a clean criminal record to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Ability to work in construction site conditions, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Lenel Certification.
• Knowledge of mechanical retrofitting of door frames and gates for electric locking hardware.
• Experience with PC admin-level changes for IP camera connectivity and adjustment.
